A new report by the working Mother Research institute shows nearly eight out of ten men say they have Flexible Work schedules and nearly the same amount say they feel somewhat or very comfortable using flex time. This does not mean men are doing half the house or child care. Labor Department Figures show on a typical day last year, almost half of women did housework, versus fewer than one in five of men.
