Monterey State Historic Park Association, alongside the Point Lobos Foundation, is hosting An Evening at California’s First Theatre at 5 p.m. Nov. 2, showing off their latest restoration efforts.
A new special event this year is the Saturday, 1 p.m. Fisherman’s Wharf Cioppino Cooking Demo by award-winning Chef Tene Shake of Kokomo’s and Grotto Fish Market. Live entertainment follows the opening ceremonies that take place 11:30 a.m.- Noon.
