Well its all relatively quiet in russia and by the number of police you know something is up and when we go into this drugcrazed man broke into this home where a 13yearold girl lives with her mother. This guy took the 13yearold girl hostage at knife point and demanded drugs. Now, of course they didnt have any in the house and that is where this guy asked the young girl to call the police to get them here so that he could negotiate r release in return for drugs.
