MDDF president, Imkongnungchet Kichu, shared on the status of PwDs and functions of disable people’s organisation (DPO’s) and encouraged the village councils, churches and the people in the community to extend supports and help towards the welfare of PwDs DIMAPUR Mokokchung District Disabled Forum (MDDF) has organised an awareness programme on person with disabilities (PwDs) at Senden Salang, in Kobulong, Mokokchung, on June 15. The event was supported by office of the State Commissioner for Person with Disabilities. An update from MDDF stated that the programme was chaired by Sungjemrenba, assistant youth pastor of Mopungchuket Baptist Church, and the invocation prayer was said by O Alang, pastor of Kobulong Baptist Church.
