Owais Mushtaq, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kupwara, against an available vacancy. Mohammad Ashraf, JKAS, General Manager, DIC, Kishtwar, is transferred and posted as Sub-divisional Magistrate Marwah, against an available vacancy.
