The ANC in the Dr WB Rubusana region says it will send 101 delegates to the provincial elective conference set to take place at the East London ICC for three days until Sunday. The Makhanda high court on Tuesday struck off the roll an urgent application by ANC members who wanted the court to nullify the party’s Alfred Nzo conference.
