The storm warnings will be lifted by 6 am. Light snow and blowing snow continues to make travel difficult early this morning. Issue, particularly over the northern half of the state as winds gust over 35 mph will blow around the new snow. That will keep Road Conditions in poor shape throughout at least the first half of the day. All of the falling snow will be wrapped up by sunrise. Temperatures will drop into the 20s during the day with the winds staying strong out of the nw. Things will warm up starting first on 13. The snow will be coming to an end soon.
