共享運具業者MOOVO運點科技公司去年8月24日在新北市淡水區佈設36個站點上線，沒想到才營運滿1年，卻無預警宣布撤出新北市。新北市交通局今天表示，MOOVO因應公司經營方向調整，申請自今年9月7日起，停止共享電動輔助自行車系統營運服務。業者表示，MOOVO在新北市成功達成階段性任務，未來在新北的營運將從共享運具轉型為新型態的訂閱服務。交通局強調，共享運具業者得視營運策略及市場機制適時調整，取消共享運具行政區營運範圍；市府尊重共享運具市場機制，將會勘原有共享自行車租借點位，評估用地條件，導入設置YouBike2.0，延續最後一哩路的接駁服務。
