Bahrain announces official opening of major interchange
MANAMA, December 22, 2020 Bahrain has announced the official opening of the interchange at Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman highway and Isa bin Salman highway, one of the key infrastructure development projects in the kingdom, reported BNA. The interchange is one of Bahrain s key infrastructure development projects, which aims to expand the kingdom s main road network and develop first-class infrastructure across Bahrain, said the report. Speaking at the official opening, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister said Bahrain was commited to sustainable urban development that yields real community benefits, creates new economic opportunities, and facilitates traffic flow.
