GH Commercial used their Fast Track program to deliver a custom woven Axminster carpet for the function room at the community-funded Mingara Recreation Club in Berkeley Vale, NSW.
A state inquiry is investigating allegations of pork barrelling through the Stronger Communities fund.
Adam Crouch says the project was long overdue, and the state government was proud to provide $425,000 towards the upgrade.
Both parties supported a track rebuild, but the opposition says just 10 per cent of the local Stronger Communities fund allocation went to Labor seats.
