KUALA LUMPUR: A new structure for the Armed Forces Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Division (DCED) will be formulated with other agencies, says the Defence Ministry (Mindef).Deputy Defence Minister Adly Zahari said the collaboration would enable the Armed Forces to align with regional and global defence organisations in line with the Defence White Paper, which underscores the need to establish a dedicated organisation to handle the cyber domain.
Over two weeks from Feb 15, participating buildings will run simulated disruptions that include shutting power, closing toilets and reducing food options at canteens and pantries.
