+ March 11, 2021 AT LEAST 330 women from the 33 barangays of Angeles City are beneficiaries of the livelihood assistance program of the City Government, as Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. wants to provide an alternative source of income for those who have been greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Maliit lang po na bagay ito, but we vow to provide the necessary assistance to all sectors of the community to help them cope up with the adverse effects of the pandemic,” Lazatin said.

+ February 18, 2021 ANGELES City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. started on February 16 and 17 the distribution of medicines and medical equipment to the city s six Rural Health Units (RHUs) and 28 sub-health centers to provide free and easier access to public health services in the 33 barangays.

+ February 10, 2021 THE City Government of Angeles recently distributed milk and food packs to 3,300 indigent residents of several villages in the city.
Aside from milk and food packs, indigent residents of Barangay Pandan, Pulung Maragul, Sta. Trinidad and Pampang also received cereals and rice. The formula milk was given to children aged one to two years old.
The items were distributed by members of the Gender and Development Office led by Mina Cabiles, City Social Welfare and Development Office Head Edna Duaso, and members of the Angeles City Barangay Outreach.
Duaso thanked the Department of Social and Welfare Development in Central Luzon (DSWD) Central Luzon for donating the cereals that were distributed by the city government.
