We found him, right here andrew unkum has autism and his mother is now keenly aware of her communitys compassion. I am just overwhelmed this just brings humanity perseverance of all these volunteers that came and want to help out and be very positive. I am just very very grateful. Tonight andrew unkums mother is thankful to have her little boy back. She says her son has the cognitive abilities of a two year old. Interestingly, she credits social media with rallying the troops who found her son. Law enforcement used k9s, drones and thermal imaging in the searchbut it was volunteers who ultimately saved the day. Coreen zell is live at Waukesha West High School tonighta lot of those volunteers were students.
