Louis area is rising as a state grand jury gets closer to a decision on whether to indict Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson in the Fatal Shooting of michael brown. Today the governor declared a state of emergency and authorized the National Guard to help keep the peace when that decision comes in. Dean reynolds is at the courthouse in clayton, missouri. Louis county courthouse today, where grand juries will soon make their decision known. 21 days and still no justice. Deray mckesson is a protest organizer.
