LOWELL The police officer who spoke to 20-year-old Adrian Kimborowicz as he laid in a hospital bed after being shot during the early morning hours of Sept. 26, 2020 recalled the encounter during the trial of accused murderer, Christian Lemay, in Middlesex Superior Court on Monday.
LOWELL A forensic specialist who testified in Day 3 of the trial for accused murderer Christian Lemay on Thursday said he determined "with a reasonable degree of ballistic certainty" that the spent casings recovered at the shooting scene of 20-year-old Adrian Kimborowicz came from different guns.
LOWELL Day 1 of the trial for Christian Lemay, charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of 20-year-old Adrian Kimborowicz, was highlighted by the testimony of the victim's close friend who was there on Sutherland Street during the early morning hours of Sept. 26, 2020 when the fatal gunshot was fired.
