A wintry scene at Corfe Castle Station. Picture by Echo Camera Club Dorset member Richard Murgatroyd RESIDENTS across Dorset have woken to a light dusting of snow this morning. A yellow Met Office weather warning for snow has been in force since the early hours on Monday. And the forecast delivered a sprinkling of the white stuff across BCP and rural Dorset areas overnight. The warning remains active until tomorrow night, with potential for frequent snow showers leading to travel disruption in places, although some locations in the large area covered by the warning will miss the showers altogether. Today is set to remain cloudy across the conurbation with highs of just 2°C, however, the wind chill means it will feel like -4°C.
