The justices have now decided not to review the three cases concerning gun rights. Two of the cases involve laws preventing 18 to 20yearolds from buying, carrying hand guns and that third case was from people in washington, d. C. Who wanted the right to buy guns from out of state dealers. The laws will stay on the books. Some good news. Wall street on fire today. The dow up just about 170 points here. Here you go. Bob mcdonnell becomes the first governor or former governor in the history of virginia to be convicted of a crime and his wife becomes the first former first lady to suffer the same fate. Late they are morning we talk about whether the verdict could inspire similar prosecutions elsewhere. And the name Chris Christie comes to mind wooe. Well get into it later with a former prosecutor. The fbi is getting an offer to help investigate a suspected cyber attack from north korea. That offer is coming from, wait for it, north korea. Heres the gist of the statement. We didnt know who indict. We didnt do it. Were being framed. Fit turns down that offer of a mutual investigation, and continues to blame north korea for the computer attack on Sony Pictures. That attack resulted in the release of a private companys information and emails that toledo the cancellation of the release of a movie about an sasse destination plot on north Korean Leader kim jongun. Despite north koreas formal denial the fbi is fairly convinced that the sony attack started. So who in north korea is savvy enough, well trained enough to set something so destructively loose or so destructive loose on the world. People who studied kim jongun are pretty sure they know.
