Very high likelihood of river and creek flooding, especially in the north bay and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Also mudslides and hydroplaning. Were expecting the river and creek flooding across the bay area. Potential is there for trees to topple and Power Outages to occur. A number of watches and warnings have been posted. That big electrical fire broke out just before 6 00. An abc7 news viewer shared this video with us as she was driving by. We saw Oakland Police officers show up here to city hall again. We believe the marchers are coming back in this direction, right where it all started today. Hundreds of women marching through downtown oakland tonight. The events started in city hall, where there was a sea of red Womens Health issues, the environment, racism, i spoke to men who were marching tonight in solidarity.
