The Supreme Court heard the oral arguments in Masterpiece Cake shop, the Civil Rights Commission tuesday. Jack phillipss lawyers and respondents, along with their lawyers made their remarks outside the Supreme Court following the orbital oral arguments. I michael ferris. Thediscussion was lively, session was longer than the scheduled hour because there was such interest on all sides of the case. This is the first time in American History where there is serious consideration of compelling people to deliver a message that is contrary to their beliefs. Freedom of speech means the ability to refuse to speak a message you do not agree with and the freedom includes a context where other people might be offended. Penn presbyterian. Great doctors, great staff. Reporter 57yearold councilman underwent surgery overnight but he bounced back quickly and askeing to home. He spoke about the terrifying encounter with a knife wielding suspect. The next thing i know hes there next to me with an urgent look on his face. Reporter councilman oh says he realized immediately something was very wrong. And then he punched me in the lower rib which i happen to know what that is so i said, did you just stab me . And he had. I looked down and he had a seive more than a knife it was a seive. He said, keys, car, wallet, cash, everything. He said i want everything. At one point in time he lunched at my, you know, face i had to put my hand up and i got cut across the forearm. Reporter in the middle of the attack council om revealed several men in white car pulled up asking do you need help . But thinking it was the suspect who was in trouble. They took out their smart phones and they were recording what was happening.
