Xiaomi will soon launch a 6GB variant of its Redmi 9 Power smartphone. The device was earlier launched in India in December last year in two variants.
Redmi 9 Power is priced at Rs 10,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and Rs 11,999 for the 4GB + 128GB storage variant. Now an new Amazon banner has confirmed that the 6GB + 128GB storage variant of the phone will be also launched in India soon.

Redmi 9 Power is the latest smartphone in the Redmi 9 series after the Redmi 9, Redmi 9 Prime, Redmi 9a and the Redmi 9i. The phone features a 6.53-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) FHD+ IPS LCD Dot Drop screen which looks good, and is decent in outdoor conditions, but it could have been better. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU, the Redmi 9 Power packs 4GB of RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) / 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage options and runs Android 10 with MIUI 12 on top.

Xiaomi under its Redmi brand just launched the Redmi 9 Power, the company’s latest smartphone in the Redmi 9 series as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD Dotdrop screen with 90.34% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC, 48-megapixel primary rear camera along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 2-megapixel 4cm macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is an 8-megapixel camera on the front.
It has a plastic back with Aura Power design and Redmi branding, features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, comes with Stereo speakers and packs a 6000mAh battery that promises up to 26h FHD video playback, 13.5h of gaming and up to 45h VoLTE calling. It has 18W fast charging with 22.5W fast charger charger in the box. The company says that it will last for over 1000 charging cycles so that it will last for over 3 years.
