but president obama has failed to take action. and now we have a colossal migrant crisis, and hundreds of thousands are dead. speaking of migrants, immigrants, here in this country, there is a moment yesterday during the parade in washington, d.c. when a 5-year-old girl, whose parents are apparently in this country illegally, she got over the metal barrier. there she is, 5-year-old sophia cruz, she got she ran toward the pope and then the secret service people stopped her and then the pope waved her over. . they brought her over and he kissed her and he hugged her, and she gave him a t-shirt, and also a letter. and she said she was worried that i.c.e. would take her parents. what a moment. getting within the pope, then getting a hug and kiss, delivering a t-shirt and a letter to pope francis. i m asking why she got through,
though. she did there was a gloria secado, director of a group based in los angeles, and apparently they organized a trip to washington from south carolina for six children, and 19 adults to communicate part of the group. she went there with her dad. and she wanted to communicate to the pope their concerns, and this group organized just that and she got through. the pope has expressed his love for children, and she with that yellow shirt caught his eye. he waved her through. the secret service. but some people are asking this morning whether or not that was safe. well, she she started i m sure an adult probably put her over the metal barrier. how do you get security on the same page to do that. she ran towards the pope, and then they stopped her. but then the pope waved her over. you know, how did she, you know i think getting there was organized. but this moment right here. you couldn t have planned what was going to happen when the pope is reaching out to hug this
it certainly raises continued suspicions. people talk for specific reasons and that s really raising a lot of worries. especially the report last night from the washington post which appears to be self-serving for the case that freddie gray would have killed himself. on the account of some other prisoner who is separated by a metal barrier that he is reading into this. that is hard to understand how anyone could make that conclusion. in my reading of the washington post report whoever that person who allegedly made this report to police the second prisoner in the van, he was imagining what was in the intent of freddie gray which you can t imagine intent based on whatever you may have heard a prisoner banging or whatever.
to an unrelated incident and put a second prisoner in the van. a police document obtained by the washington post reveals that second prisoner has his own version of what happened inside the van. he claims gray was intentionally trying to injury limb self. there was a metal barrier between them so he couldn t see. gray family attorney denies that, saying we disagree with any implication that freddie gray severed his own spinal cord. even so, a report quoting multiple law enforcement sources gray s catastrophic injury is caused when he slmed into the police van apparently breaking his neck. wjla said a head injury he had matches a bolt in the back of the police van. but anderson cooperant viewed a
able to talk. witnesses say they saw something rougher. they flipped him over and put both knees on his back and held him there until the cruiser came to pick him up. later, when gray got in the van, he couldn t breathe or talk and he lapsed into a coma and died of a severe spinal cord injury. the question remains what caused the injuries and what happened inside the van? he asked for an inhaler, and less than four minutes later the van stopped and the van brighter said gray was irate. the other suspect picked up the two were separated by a metal barrier. there was a second person in the van. well that s a curious thing.
