KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who has been jailed 12 years for corruption, is suing the government and the Prisons Department after he was barred from attending Parliament.
KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has filed an application for leave to initiate judicial review proceedings against the Prisons Department decision to turn down his request to attend Parliament sittings.
The Government through the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has withdrawn its appeal in the Court of Appeal over a RM10.3 million suit filed against former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s daughter Nooryana Najwa Najib over purported non-return of income tax assessments.
KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s RM27mil money laundering trial has been put off until Nov 29, pending his bid for a review of his conviction and sentencing in the RM42mil SRC International Sdn Bhd case.
