Wirral Council and Merseyside Police obtained the order for Flat 6, 37a The Woodlands at Wirral Magistrates Court. A full closure order was granted for a period of three months under section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. It will remain in place until April. Under its terms, the tenancy has been terminated by the housing association. A community policing team has carried out warrants and issued fixed penalty notices due to a gathering last week.
