With mounting pressure from Lincolnshire council leaders and Public Health directors, the NHS has released the location of five more locations for vaccination centres to be set up in the county by the end of the week.

With the coronavirus pandemic curtailing many concerts, shows and events throughout 2020, things can only get better in 2021.
With that in mind, these are just some of the music, comedy and stage performances planned in Grantham over the next 12 months at Meres Live, the Guildhall Arts Centre and St Wulfram s Church.
First on the calendar is a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat at St Wulfram s, which will be running from April 13 until April 17 with both evening and matinee shows available, having been postponed from May 2020.

The leaders of Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council say hospitality businesses will be hit by today s decision to keep the county in tier 3.
Leader of Lincolnshire County Council Martin Hill (Con) said: We accept and understand the government s decision to keep Lincolnshire in tier 3 in line with neighbouring counties who are mostly now in the highest tier, when the covid virus is showing no signs of easing.

Trial date set for man accused of rape and multiple child sex offences

A trial date has been set for a 53-year-old man from Grimsby, who was charged with 21 alleged sexual offences against children, including 12 counts of indecent assault on boys under the age of 14 in Derbyshire.
Andrew Mark Ditchfield, of Fourways in Tetney, Grimsby, was arrested on suspicion of multiple offences on November 17 before the following day being charged with 21 offences against 11 victims.
He appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on November 19 and was remanded to prison. He appeared at Derby Crown Court via video link from prison on Thursday, December 17 for hearing and trial dates to be set.
