SPOKANE, Wash. – With people as young as 12 being vaccinated, some clinics are keeping busy vaccinating as many people as they can.
Spokane Public Schools held a vaccination clinic for students and the rest of the community at North Central High for a few hours Friday.
Health Services Director Becky Doughty said they had more than 400 students sign up to get the Pfizer vaccine.
Meredith Hartley’s kids were two of hundreds that came and got vaccinated.
“It was like coming up for air. It was like day break. I could feel my chest just go,” she said taking a deep breath. “We’re one step closer to not having to be as scared anymore.”
