A Memphis Police officer was injured after an early morning crash in Parkway Village with a car believed to have been stolen, according to the department.
While the crash blocked all westbound lanes of traffic, TDOT officials said that both the left and right shoulders of the road at the wreck were open for drivers at a safe, slow speed.
