Protesters took to the streets in san jose and oekt and San Francisco again last night. This time, though, there was no damage and no one really blocked traffic on the freeways. An internal investigation has cleared a Des Moines Police shooting. Vanessa miller shot 28yearold ryan bolinger. Who was unarmed. When he charged her squad car. It all started with a traffic stop. Captured on video by a squad car dash camera. Police say bolinger was acting erratically. Then lead them on a pursuit on the Northwest Side of des moines. Bolinger eventually stopped. But police say he came at millers squad car. Miller opened fire from inside her vehicle. Shooting bolinger through the window.
