John Hiltenun was honored with a promotion at the Stark County Sheriff's Department on Wednesday. Sheriff Corey Lee said Hiltenun has be a great asset to the organization.
Police say they are searching for the man responsible, who is also suspected of committing other attempted vehicle and house break-ins, and two car thefts.
