According to a Hernando County Sheriff’s Office affidavit, Deputy Cari Smith found Tina Norris, 39, crying and alleging that she found her live-in boyfriend of five years, James Barfield, “having sex with another female in the house.” She also claimed that he “punched her in her mouth for no reason.”
Norris was asked several times by the officer to put her clothes on, but she refused.
The investigator then spoke to Barfield, 56, who was also naked and “extremely intoxicated.” He claimed that the couple got in a verbal argument because Norris “was found in bed with two other men.”
