Interested residents should complete the Board and Commission Interest Form available at www.medfordma.org/boards. Completed forms should be submitted via email to, BoardsandCommissions@medford-ma.gov or mailed to the Office of the Mayor at 85 George P. Hassett Drive, Room 202, Medford, MA 02155.
