Nearly four years after its owners sought to disconnect it from Schaumburg, the former Loeber horse farm is still in the village and now the subject of a new proposal calling for 357 apartment, townhouse and rowhome rental units on the 33-acre site.
Schaumburg officials are continuing to refine the chosen design of a proposed pedestrian bridge that would connect future entertainment areas on both sides of Meacham Road just north of the Interstate 90 tollway.
