Four Passengers Dead, Nine Injured In Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway Crash

At least four people were confirmed dead by the Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC), Ogun State Command in an auto crash that occurred at Obada area of Ewekoro Local Government Area of the state early hours of Thursday. The Superintendent Route Commander and Public Education Officer of the command, Florence Okpe, who confirmed the incident, also said that nine other passengers sustained injuries.

Auto crash kills one, injures another on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Published The Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) on Thursday confirmed the death of one person while one other sustained injury in an accident involving a truck and a Mazda Bus at Aseese, on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Mr Ojuoro Olushola, the Mowe-Ibafo Divisional Commander of TRACE, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ota, Ogun State, that the accident occurred at about 8.10 a.m. Olushola said the accident that involved a mini truck with registration number APP-312 XP and a Mazda Bus marked KJA-670 XM was due to speed and careless driving.
