On this Thinking Back we hear an interview I think comes from 2007 with Mayor Darwin Hindman and a representative of what was then PedNet, the group now known as Local Motion. We discuss that year's Bike Walk and Wheel Week and some "future" plans for the MKT Trail.
The week-long event, which typically draws a few hundred people, encourages Columbia residents to be more active by walking, biking, using a wheelchair or riding the bus.
