(NEWTON) Time is running out to submit grant applications for the Maxine E. Spitler Foundation as next Monday, May 31st, is the deadline. The Foundation benefits youth and youth organizations, and is also for the protection and care of animals, with grant awards limited to only those in Jasper & Lawrence Counties.
