Detroit Brush Park condo has been completely renovated
Judy Rose
This 1882 Second Empire mansion in Detroit’s Brush Park was reborn as four condos in 2006, and this three-bedroom unit is the largest. What’s more, this condo’s urban chic score has soared recently, since its current owner lavished it with upgrades.

Her work includes a new kitchen, new bathrooms, flooring, lighting, finishes and more.
“She renovated about 95%,” said Realtor Matt O’Laughlin. “It’s really beautiful design.”
