Notice regarding Richard George 'Dick' Flood

by Provost Peggy Agouris |  April 12, 2021 Provost Peggy Agouris sent the following message to the campus community on April 12, 2021. - Ed. Dear Colleagues,  I write to share the news that Richard George “Dick” Flood, Professor of Business, Emeritus, passed away peacefully at home in Indiana on March 11, 2021. He is survived by his brother, David Flood of Hammond, Indiana, and was preceded in passing by his wife, Lynn (nee Catha), and his parents, George and Lois Flood. Dick was a 1965 graduate of Gavit High School in Hammond, IN.  A veteran of the U.S. Army, he proudly served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and was stationed in Southeast Asia in support of the Vietnam War.  He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
