Anchor the passenger is unknown. Reporter a witness driving home from work said he saw the plane going down and the pilot jumping out of the plane before it crashed. The other passenger has not recovered. Cell phone video shows the moment after a plane crashed in east hartford. Saw the plane come down. Hit the wires. Then hit a pole.
