Participants wore white and used umbrellas in the rain during a vigil tonight in memory of Keenan Anderson, the cousin of Black Lives Matters co-founder.
Keenan Anderson, a 31-year-old teacher and father, flagged down police after a traffic collision. He was chased, held down by multiple officers and tased for over 90 seconds as he begged for help.
