A mudslide is preventing crews from repairing a damaged pipeline in the east bay and thats cut Water Service to 90 people. That slide is blocking Morgan Territory road near marsh creek road. Morgan territory road is closed. This is 10 miles east of walnut creek. Water crews cant get in there to fix this until the hills stop sliding
