The alleged victim here, one of mcdonalds 16yearold disabled students who accuses mcdonald of assaulting and raping him during trips to the bathroom where mcdonald had to assist the student. The prosecutor describes sexual acts allegedly performed on the student and the student allegedly being forced to reciprocate. Mcdonald began working in the students clam in september of 2015. It is unclear when the alleged rape and assault began, but the Prosecutor Says the boy told his mother about what was happening in school in late march.
