Memphis City Council is expected to take up a final vote today on a controversial proposal that would give certain council members health insurance benefits until they turn 65.
A controversial vote for Memphis City Council was pushed on Jan. 9 to February, but the meeting agenda for Feb. 6 states that the vote is now set for April 9.
