Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos as senior deputy majority leader for the 19th Congress. During Tuesday's plenary session, House Majority Leader Manuel Jose "Mannix" Dalipe moved to nominate and elect Marcos to one of the high-ranking positions in the chamber.
