Prosecutors allege women distributed meth around community Written By: Mitchell Republic | × Metro Creative photo Two Winner women have been indicted by a federal grand jury for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine charges. Andrea Kindt, 39, was indicted on Nov. 20, 2020, and Amber Heth, 39, was indicted on Dec. 8, 2020, according to the U.S. Attorney s Office for the District of South Dakota. Kindt appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on Jan. 6, 2021, and pleaded not guilty to the indictment. Heth appeared before Moreno on Jan, 8, 2021, and pleaded not guilty. The maximum penalty upon conviction is a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 40 years in prison and/or a $5 million fine, at least four years of supervised release, and $100 to the Federal Crime Victims Fund. Restitution may also be ordered.
