The Sudocrem factory in Baldoyle is set to close next year in 2022, the parent company confirmed today.
The manufacturer of Sudocrem has confirmed that it intends to close its factory in Balydoyle, Dublin in the coming year.
A subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceuticals, the factory employed over 100 people, all of whom face job losses from the announcement.
“Yesterday we met with employees at our Baldoyle plant to inform them of the proposed closure of the site, as part of a wider programme to optimise our global manufacturing network,” a Teva spokesman said via statement.
