We are celebrating the start of construction of the center, a state of the art museum and educational resource that will ill straight the department of states 225year history of supporting our Nations National security efforts. As undersecretary of state for management, my office has long supported this project. I also suspect that i was asked to officiate today because i might be the only member of secretary kerrys Leadership Team who has actually worked for every single secretary of state in attendance, beginning with secretary kissinger.
