Creek subdivision and on the east side of county road 59 between Cherokee Park road and the state line. We are told at least two engine air tankers have been called in to help battle that fire. Investigators believe it was sparked by lightning. We have a crew on the way to the scene and we will keep you posted. Firefighters have been busy this afternoon with another fire, this one near deer trail along i70 east of denver. Crews from several agencies are helping with this fire off highway 40.
