Investigators say this 17yearold boy was inside his apartment. He was actually in the kitchen. When he was ht by a stray bullet. It happened just before 8 30 pine grove estates apartments at here in brockton. Investigators say again that it was random. The teen was not targeted. Also some time after ward not more than 150 yards away police a shooter or shooters fired 17 shots outside another apartment.
