We do not have the luxury of time, we have a very active economy where people with those sorts of skills, if we lay them off they can go anywhere and get a job. And its very hard to both train the people that you need to replace them and the people you train will not have the experience that the people theyre replacing had, which means youre going to have a less efficient production schedule.
