After being saved from the wrecking ball in the summer, Regina’s Bagshaw Residence appears set for demolition.
On Wednesday city council voted 8-2 in favour of rescinding the property’s heritage status, clearing the way for the home in the Crescents neighbourhood to be destroyed.

Coun. Andrew Stevens (Ward 3) and Coun. Shanon Zachidniak (Ward 8) were the two dissenting votes. Coun. Daniel LeBlanc (Ward 6) declared a conflict of interest and removed himself from the meeting.
