STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Staten Island First? Not so fast, four Democratic candidates running for Borough President said Tuesday.
Lorie Honor, Radhikrishna Mohan, Brandon Stradford and Cesar Vargas held a joint press conference on the steps of Borough Hall in St. George around 12 p.m. to criticize their opponent Mark Murphy’s creation of a third-party line called “Staten Island First.”
